I couldn't find any tile cement locally - they seem to use normal cement here. I had to get a couple of friends to bring some in.

Surely you can buy grout and a spreader, or just make one? I will bring you a selection of spreaders in few weeks if you want. How many square metres of tiles do you have, it must be a lot.

Found the grout but nobody has the grouting spreader, and judging by local quality of works this would be accurate.
Just a new build apartment but the grouting is shocking.

I bought Skia, roll on waterproofing, tile adhesive and grout at the hardware store in SHV yesterday. Should be available in PP.
Grout was a dollar a 1kg packet.

A finger is not the best grout spreader. A tool with a rubber blade is the best grout spreader because that is what professionals use in the real world. They are available in any hardware store in Australia for a few dollars. If you wnt a couple I will bring them in a few weeks but I think that they must be available in cambodia nowadays.

The "ciment saw" (white cement) used for grouting here is hard to work with as it goes off really quickly.
