Am travelling, so using tablet. Ad just sits there, no flashing. Doesnt move. Is this a new paid ad and the ditection ceo is moving?

update, back from Poi Pet,a d is NOT on my laptop, I do use ad block +

but do see this above the top post

Told ya, banner ads went out 10 years ago,targeted texts links do much better, but do admit very very hard to achieve on a forum..
