FPCS and visa renewal

Ask us anything. Cambodia Expats Online has a huge community of long-term expats that can answer any question you may have about life in Cambodia. Have some questions you want to ask before you move to Cambodia? Ask them here. Our community can also answer any questions you have about how to find a job or what kind of work is available for expats in Cambodia, whether you're looking for info about Phnom Penh, Siem Reap, or anywhere else in the Kingdom. You're also welcome to ask about visa and work permit questions as well, as the immigration rules change often, especially since COVID-19. Don't be shy, ask CEO's community anything!

Good for first time ...but if unable to log-in to the account and update details like Visa/EOS number and dates, then no good for future applications.

The app is extremely flawed, just about everyone is having issues when trying to login due to the error "phone number or password not recognised".
I never updated mine with visa EOS numbers, just needed a screenshot of my profile screen n thats it, worked both times, even when transferring my EG to an EB

You can not update visa no. and dates. You have to input a new record when the old visa expires. If you do not you may get a visit from Immigration Police as I did. I have never used the app - only the website. I have had none of the problems described here.

Ahh right getcha, yeah i just checked and my screenshot had my current EEX number on it and expiration date, but if you screenshot when you update you can use it for next Extenstion,
But when you need to update details after extension is where people will encounter the problem aye
