It is my number and it is my password..

Anyone else having problems.
I've had that happen a few times. Usually I'll try again a day later and it's fine again.

Tried to do "forgotten Password" it allows me to put in my phone number then nothing else happens, no space to put in new password, "next" and arrow gets me back to same error.

This has been going on for weeks now so no idea what is happening.

I was going to try to re register but think it will kick me out as phone number already in the system.

Any thoughts?

I took a screenshots of the everything once id logged in the first time and just use my screenshot each time, if you do get logged back in take a screenshot so if you have any problems in future you can just use that

Good for first time ...but if unable to log-in to the account and update details like Visa/EOS number and dates, then no good for future applications.

The app is extremely flawed, just about everyone is having issues when trying to login due to the error "phone number or password not recognised".
