Re: FAMILY man in Cambodia
This is a serious behavioral issue that should not be allowed to persist. I would be very concerned with the statement " He can bite kids where he goes now" as that implies a reluctance on the part of the school to address the biting issue. They may be reluctant to work with the parents to find a way to stop this behavior which begs the question, why would they be reluctant to work with the parents?

i know , we are addressing the issue .
i took him out of one “ creative talents “ program because we got over the biting issue
but he started kissing kids , i told the teacher she was lousy ,
i blamed her for causing it by making such a federal case about it and got out of there with only 1/2 my money for refund
hes doing good and gets threatened with soap but hasnt tasted any yet

Now, I have just re-read your post before hitting the "Submit" button and I notice you say "He can bite kids where he goes now and they don’t kick him out , so they adopted him as part of thier family"

Cambridge accredited means accredited to teach English language to speakers of other languages, not accredited as an international school and award internationally accredited exams. If your kid isn't working towards the IB, IGCSE or SATS, they award they are given will not be recognised outside of Cambodia.

Silence, exile, and cunning.

And who knows, maybe he'll get his "free ho-ho's" which, in and of itself, seems a bit of an odd statement to make given the title of the thread is "FAMILY man in Cambodia".John Bingham wrote: ↑Sun Apr 16, 2023 2:04 pmYeah, don't go to America, go to Hawaii. Good idea, put the little fella in a real school, you wouldn't want him growing up semi-literate and barely able to string a sentence together.
Re: FAMILY man in Cambodia
I think it's not that special. Some mixed kids can do Khmer, English, and a second mother tongue. Then there are more or less bi-lingual localsBklynBoy wrote: ↑Fri Apr 14, 2023 10:13 pm anyone have thoughts on if the mixed kids who speak/write khmer and fluent English-- Can they move up in a position at whichever Western Embassy the other parent is from?
I was assuming if person is fluent in khmer and can write khmer AND also fluent in English-- They would be valuable. Or am i mistaken?
