Eye Care on the corner of 130 and Norodom seems pretty good to me. I don't need glasses, but I had to get some for my kid one time and they seem to have a pretty good set-up. The extensive eye test is free, then you can choose some frames and pick them up a day or so later. I think it was only $45. I bought a pair of shades in there another time, no eye tests but somehow they also cost $45. All good.

I paid $12 to get the lenses updated in my old frames, Poly Optical on St 13 near the Old Market.

I wore glasses for many years. One eye was long sighted and the other was short sighted, but a few years ago I found that I was always taking my glasses off for better vision. Now I have thrown away optical glasses and only wear change-light, mostly when outside. Dont know what I have done right but my eyes have corrected themselves and vision is near 99 % perfect now.

You younger guys probably just need standard prescription lenses.

Some of us need bifocals, those are more expensive.

I never buy frames from an optician. I buy a pair of sunglasses I like, pop out the lenses, and give it to the optician, they fit them.

On the north side of 154, between 63 and 67, directly behind Sorya Shopping Mall (not GSM), there's a small shop that used to be called King Optics (they still have 1"King Optics" sign that sticks out), but now has a different name which I forget. Test+basic (not non-glare) lenses+cheap frames=$15. I've been using them for 13 years. I just got 2 new pairs last week.
I am sooooo very sorry if you can't understand or appreciate my sarcastic facetiousness.
