Hi

I am trying to find my brother Dick Small. He has lived in Kampot for many years. We have not heard from him and getting worried. Please let me know if he is safe. Thank you

Oasis look-alike Mancurian bloke? He was there in 2013, but haven't been back to Blissful since then. Thought it shut down long ago?

Sounds like Dick who has guesthouse near the pond. Also runs backgammon games. Haven't seen or heard from in couple years.

Yes he still lives here. He has a place with long stay rooms called,"The Pond",which is situated,funnily enough,next to the pond,just behind the old governors mansion.
