Moved this to the more appropriate forum, and hopefully someone will come along and be able to offer some help.

Why can't you go to whatever embassy represents NZ here. Most embassies are qualified commissioners for oaths. We got Dr Scott so sign some passport photos but he is uk Gp not NZ

Duh great idea thanks. I'm guessing that would be a British embassy. Worth a shot anyway.

Depends on the documents you want signing. Make sure you tell the britishEmbassy you are a KIWI. They are very limited on what they can witness for British Citizens but can witness additional documents for other countries they represent. Weir but true
Also I suspect the KIWI authorities will accept something witnessed by the Aussie embassy if they are cheaper/easier

I think any representative embassy witnesses will do to be honest. The hard part is getting a new zealand doctor. Basically I have hep c (contracted years ago in nz thank you very much :p) and want to use this to withdraw my kiwi saver superannuation. I have plenty of documentation supporting that I'm diseased but not that I'm sick to the point of needing to withdraw funds. And it must be a new zealand registered doctor who fills the forms. It's not an impossible task but a difficult one for sure.
