Does anyone have a recommendation for a decent but reasonably priced dermatologist in Phnom Penh ?

Serious issue? - wrong country
Wanna get whitening advice? - you probably will find something on khmer24

I would go to bangkok. Doctors here have an amazing track record for misdiagnosis, inappropriate treatments and "do no harm" has a different meaning here

I and friends of mine can recommend him. Dermatology is his mission.
Doctorate from University of Münster in Germany. Reasonably priced.
