This is going to sound terrible but ... is she young and attractive and is her best chance out if this maybe going on a dating app and meeting a White Knight boyfriend to save her?

she is 37 and has a 12 year old kid back in PI she is trying to support, she is pretty, very smart and extremely nice but a dating app is not for her at all. The wanker that took her to Cambodia and left her has quite put her off dates to be honest he had given her a $1,500 engagement ring, well that was first thing to go to the pawn shop only to find out it is a Russian diamond and worth only $100 tops "retail".
Bloke was a scammer he wants to hope I never catch up with him.

She has zero funds and very poor family so no help coming from Philippines.
EX B/F has totally disappeared. She arrived on a multi entry visa.
We got the new passport once she found the old one that is now been punched she has a new passport no stamps.
Since we were told by an agent going to immigration without the funds to pay will result in arrest / jail it is not an option just now.

How was she able to leave the Philippines? They are very strict in allowing single women to leave unless they have confirmation of funds, housing, return tickets, and employment. That is even for women that have previously worked overseas. I had a friend that worked in Manila that had his girlfriend "disallowed" from travelling with him on holiday as they didn't have enough documentation with them. From what I understand as they go through immigration, single women are directed off to a specialized group that determines if they can travel - and they don't accept "stories". Its done to reduce human trafficking.

My guess and this is just a guess

She’s 37 way older than the age to be trafficked

And she had a western boyfriend

Maybe he flew with hertz Cambodia

Not the same concern as a 19 year old Filipina flying alone to Saudi Arabia

correct she is older, has a child left in Philippines was leaving with a supposed husband to be no doubt they filled all the criteria but her situation now is exactly why they are tough on these girls leaving this happens all too often. Now she and he kid back in PI are both in a horrible situation she cannot send even money to feed him. Luckily in someway schools are shut down or there would also be that.

she is not looking to scam someone out of money to help sort her situation .
Mr right isn't on a date site . I totally agree with her there.
firstly we are trying to find some legal recourse through a knowledgeable agent that can vastly reduce the fines this is after all Cambodia , not a lot a different in that department to Philippines if you know the right people anything can be done. For example I know an agent in Manila that stamps in and out visas and enters them into the computer system for about 10% of the cost of overstay (this was a few years ago). I have no doubt it is done here ie cross the border and come back in , only right now with covid this is impossible of course particularly with the $2,000 quarantine cost. the problem is every day $10.00 more and the hole getting deeper and deeper and no relief in sight .
I am amazed there isn't an agency where folks in these extenuating circumstances cannot go for guidance without fear of jail, at least to have the daily count stopped until there is a way to go home somehow, not everyone overstay is criminal, well yes in the eyes of the law but at that time I could have gotten her a ticket perhaps but with no way to return home what is a person in her situation supposed to do. she had no ill intent to overstay or even be here illegally. This Covid situation has changed many peoples circumstances the Dept of immigration should implement a waver of some sort until flights start again even for other Asian nations such as PI.

She missed the boat (plane) almost 2 weeks ago. Maybe there is another mercy flight for stranded Flips soon, ask the embassy.

"MANILA, Philippines — A total of 171 Filipinos from Myanmar and Cambodia affected by travel restrictions due to the pandemic were flown home to the Philippines on Wednesday.

According to the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA), the government-chartered flight that flew home flew home 115 Filipinos who boarded from its stop in Yangon and 56 from Phnom Penh arrived at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport.
The repatriation was part of the government’s assistance to Filipinos stranded abroad by pandemic travel restrictions, the DFA said in a statement.

The DFA said it funded the chartered flight through its Assistance to Nationals (ATN) fund.

“The DFA stands ready to assist our overseas Filipinos who remain affected by COVID-19 restrictions in their host countries,” Foreign Affairs Secretary Teodoro Locsin Jr.

As of March 13, the DFA has repatriated 387,606 overseas Filipinos since it first started repatriating Filipinos affected by the pandemic in February 2020.

The Philippine Embassy in Myanmar, the DFA said, provided transportation and accommodation assistance for 16 Filipinos who had traveled from cities 620 to 990 kilometers outside Yangon to join the flight and assisted another one in paying overstaying fees."
