Coldest A/C in Kampot?

So I'm not feeling great today (bad food, blah blah blah) and what I really need is to spend a few hours off my feet and just literally chilling. Does anyone have any experience with unusually cool A/C anywhere in Kampot? Ideally someplace that serves coffee? Thanks.

Had decent luck with The Black Coffee, but for anyone really needing an off-your-best day in good cold A/C in Kampot, I recommend the (otherwise overpriced and pretentious) Boutique Kampot Hotel. For two solid days I was the only guest in the restaurant, and they plopped my weary butt down at the far corner of the room in the direct blast of one of those Stonhenge-type units. Not what we came here for but it's nice to know it's there when it would be best appreciated.

Lets just hope the a/c unit is regularly cleaned and is not full of legionella.
