There are many excellent modern cinemas here. Better than cinemas found in many countries. Problem is they are all closed at the moment. I like the Prime Cineplex cinemas because they are inexpensive and high quality seating and sound systems.

I'm surprised that cinemas in Cambodia are still closed. That sucks.

You don’t like the 4DX experience. Just like some don’t like giant IMAX screens. Apparently popular with the locals, because the new ones have 4DX. It’s riding the movie. The chairs move, air blasters, water misters, whole experience.

No need to trash talk the cinema at AEON 1. Everyone has difference preferences, all preferences are equally valid.

There are also the VIP theaters with the big sofa recliner chairs and unlimited soda and popcorn.

It will be nice for the cinemas to re-open.

I still find it odd that on the way to the cinema, you will walk past many cafe's, restaurants and other eateries, social meeting places of all types with hoards of people gathered together observing absolutely zero social distancing rules whatsoever, only to find the cinema closed because it's apparently unsafe.
