No Edanme beans are not available everywhere. I know they sell them in large frozen bags at Makro which is a large wholesale supermarket if you are unfamiliar with Makro. There are 2 in Phnom Penh and one in Siem Reap. I do think as someone said that you can also get them from the supermarket at Aeon Mall, but I am certain they have them in 1kg bags at Makro.

As for fruit and veg, it's always way cheaper at the local markets where you can find pretty much everything that you will get in the supermarkets, but cheaper. To answer your specific question, kale and spinach is relatively easy to find. But the spinach here is the Chinese Spinach and not as appetising as the Baby Leave Spinach that I am used to in England. It's a long harder and veinier (if that's a word). Broccoli is everywhere, and there is a reasonably good selection of green leafy veg.

My advice would be to have a good look around the closest local market to where you are staying first. They are everywhere throughout the cities here so there will be one close to wherever you are staying. Then visit Makro/Aeon Mall for the things that you cannot get at the local markets.

Kep has no such market, you will have to make the 18 km trip to Kampot to shop.

Krong Kep has a decent market for fresh fruit and veg and other staples; around 5k east of white horse roundabout

Veggies and vegans can live here just fine, it's not some third world shithole, or Spain, after all

Just a bit of a gag

When I lived in catatonia I once ordered a salad and got what seemed like a half kilo of cold cuts on a lettuce leaf

Great for me, less so for any veggies ordering the same

When I once ordered a fruit salad in Thailand it came with majo on top. Consfused I asked the waitress if that should not be yoghurt instead of majo on the top..she smiled and said. "Its a fruit SALAD and salad have majo on top".

Yeah debatable without defining 'no such' or 'decent' I suppose. If you mean the one near the road to Kep after the White Horse roundabout, turning right near/after the first statue you can certainly get veg and fruit - but more limited compared to Kampot central market. Last time I visited there was more activity from sellers around the building than inside, maybe rents are not too cheap...

Delivery from Kampot using Nham24 from could be an option depending on the order https://nham24.com/groceries

Kep has multiple local markets. You can find all the same stuff from there than what you can find from Kampot central market. Biggest near where the Independence Monument is located.
