Sugar, unless immediately used as energy, is stored as fat.

I lost 2kgs in a few days cutting way back on processed sugar.

I looked a lot better also (stomach area).

Keto diet is about 80% fat, 15% protein, and 5% carbs.

You can basically eat as much fat as you want and you will lose weight, but will gain it if you eat sugar.

Did you know that some "expert" female stood up in court to testify on womens behalf (against Cosby), because apparently there was not enough evidence.
And anyways, that "expert" (who is a woman), compared women to dogs.

Seriously.

She has a TED talk and compares women to dogs and was an "expert" in Cosbys rape trial?!

He prob did rape many women, but the case itself left some questions.
The question I would ask is what kind of man finds rape funny? How long before you leave for Cairo again?

Do you attack women that find it funny when men are attacked, have their penis's cut off, are sexually abused, or falsely accused of rape?

You must be some kind of loser to stand up for women but not for men.
