Can we block topics

Ask us anything. Cambodia Expats Online has a huge community of long-term expats that can answer any question you may have about life in Cambodia. Have some questions you want to ask before you move to Cambodia? Ask them here. Our community can also answer any questions you have about how to find a job or what kind of work is available for expats in Cambodia, whether you're looking for info about Phnom Penh, Siem Reap, or anywhere else in the Kingdom. You're also welcome to ask about visa and work permit questions as well, as the immigration rules change often, especially since COVID-19. Don't be shy, ask CEO's community anything!

I would like to block all topics started by basta.binici.

He is using this forum to advertise real estate.
Start your own website and only let in who you want. Then you will be able to write whatever you want and delete everything you don't like...................................... much like someone I call Chuckles (HE to you) does. =@

There’s quite a few local ones too. I rang my local DIY guy to do a job in SIhanoukville but now he sells real estate!

If I understand correctly, If you bock the poster, you still get the topic with everybody elses comments.

Is there some other way to go about this?

If it is not possible, someone say it is not possible.

In that case I suggest it is a feature which should be introduced.

Why not just avoid the topics that don't interest you ? Do not click on them. Or is there another problem ?

He is starting a large number of topics. If it was only on rare occasions, it would not be an issue.

There have also been trolls in the past who have started topics which were complete rubbish. You could use the same feature next time one of them comes along.

The majority of your posts are rubbish or totter on the fine line of childishness.
As my old Cajun bait seller used to say, "I opes you luck.

I mean it's not exactly hard to not click the link, perhaps you could just not click the link?

I hope this helps

I still don't think anyone has created a feature that completely blocks someone, so you'll just have to deal with seeing some topics on the internet that you might not being so excited about seeing that you want to write home about it.
