I had said before that I have never seen a mobile home, nor a caravan in Cambodia. Then I stumbled on this -

I have always live my life as a traveler/hippie If built and lived in vans VW and Chevy long van, 30' double decker school buses, '42-2 1/2T house trucks, Tipi, and 33' LOD full keel double ended gaff cutter.
If I was going to live that way her I would I would get one of the diesel tour type buses and remove most of the seating and build a custom interior. The prices are very reasonable around the same price as a used Toyota Camry.

Are you really able to build and furnish for that price? Is it something modest? I have had various types of construction done and cant imagine i could get anything with much of a footprint for that price.phuketrichard wrote: ↑Tue Sep 21, 2021 11:01 amthats more than the price of the house i am building here fully furnishedtimmydownawell wrote: ↑Tue Sep 21, 2021 7:24 amAnd only $24,000! My gardeners house in Kep which is quite small ( I think like 4m x 8m) cost about $15k but that is really just one room, small shower/wc and store room, no furniture. I paid for some things myself (septic tank, etc) so total cost was probably about $17k unfurnished
