Best way to have document sent to KoW

I need to have very important document sent to me here from the US.
What's the best way to have it shipped AND receive it? Send it to my apt address, get a PO box, or different service?

DHL​ ​​or fedex. Home address is fine, just make sure your phone number is on the package.

How about Ups, the same? And is their cheap slow delivery option not a problem?

EMS is trackable and cheaper.
Make sure your phone number is on the front of envelope, essential.
