I know several people who used Dara's services (visas, work permits, business registration), all with positive feedback, shame to hear the above reports.
There's every chance it's two separate Dara's that are being commented on so we should possibly give the guy the benefit of the doubt.

Was that at the office near the airport, Kiwi? How long did that take you? Did you need to show a WP?

Maybe. But I used the phone number provided by PSD-Kiwi, so I doubt it. The problem doesn't appear to be with one person, but the whole office. Why, for instance, couldn't the young lady who answered the phone have been trained to handle the paperwork? Ain't much to it.

I'll be in Kampot for two weeks in July/Aug. and will need to get a 30-day tourist visa for Vietnam (going to Phu Quoc for 3 weeks). What's the best agency for that?
You could be next.

I fully recognize the validity of the point you're making, but I can't stop wondering if this was a good business gone bad (thanks to TIC) or if this was a hustle baited by providing a good service to a few foreigners in the beginning. Anyway I hope next time to have another option than Lucky Lucky.

I called the number, but every time it says the line is busy in Khmer.
Let me know how to contact Dara's office?

Was gonna drop a pin on Google maps but had no data on phone. It is near Wat Samdong Anreth, I'd suggest calling this number for precise details as they aren't that easy to find...0976162316
