Get a racing bike in PP take the bus there. Eat raw green vegetables, sea salt, olive oil from a blender at least twice a day. Ride those streets with no cars and fresh air doing about 60km a day. Don't worry, there is not much 'partying' in Kep! In matter of weeks/months you will be know as the 'ThinHealthyDude' rather than fatbastard...
