Re: Beer
I have a question about beer.
A couple of days ago I was out in a bar and asked what draft/draught beer they served. Cambodia draft was the answer so I ordered one whilst I waited for them to make my cocktail - because I’m fancy sometimes.
She gave me a bottle of Cambodia (green I think) with ‘draft’ printed on the label. Which obvs wasn’t what I was expecting, I drank it anyway and sat wondering. ‘What exactly is a draft/draught beer?’. I have always thought it was beer pulled from a pump as opposed to bottles or cans. And as I wondered I recalled that Guinness draught is sold in cans also…
So what exactly is draft/draught beer?

Re: Beer
Wiki suggests that that using the word draught with bottles/cans is an Asian thing.Bluenose wrote: ↑Fri Mar 15, 2024 2:24 pmI would agree with Wikipedia on this https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Draught_beerkhmerhamster wrote: ↑Fri Mar 15, 2024 12:11 pm I have a question about beer.
