I would have suggested that giant $2 shop on Monivong might have had them... JJ Mega Corp / Ahhoo Mega Store, but I've just gone past and they have moved out or closed down. Suspect the latter as there was no notice or map in the window. Shame because that was a great place to get stuff.

Just buy them from bars/restaurants, they get them replaced for free anyway, and if you're lucky you may not even have to pay for them.
