I've got all the main ones, used to get them all for free in the military, have to pay for them now and required in my current line of work...at least they're not too expensive in Cambodia unlike NZ and AUS where they're ridiculously expensive.

US CDC says:
Inactivated typhoid vaccine (shot)
One dose provides protection. It should be given at least 2 weeks before travel to allow the vaccine time to work.
A booster dose is needed every 2 years for people who remain at risk.

Smallpox? Every kid had it growing up? That was way beyond my time. Vaccine was developed in 1796 by Dr. Jenner.
