After floods mosquitos increase
If they minimized the places they breed the rest of the year, there would be less to breed after floods.

I suggest they encourage people to put in real showers, like they have in many parts of the world.
:dm: Yeah, I suggest clean tap water available in every household. And toilets.
I also suggest we should send our suggestions to the Ministry of Health, because they may not have realised that it would be good for the general population to have clean water and sanitary installations.

I had quite a few mozzies in my place after I bought a new palm for my living room. Added a little dishwashing detergent to the watering can and watered it with that for a while and it got rid of them, and the palm didn't seem to mind.
No matter how much it rains, the dirt never washes away.

I'm up in the provinces in Southern Laos now, and honestly I am surprised at how few mozzies there are in comparison to Phnom Penh. They're here for sure, but not like the overwhelming cloud I would bat away non-stop while in the city.

Then comparing now to 10 years ago if I were to guess, I would say there are definitely more mosquitoes than before.
