Re: Are we on holiday?
Actually pisses me off. I send my girlfriends kids to a private school and hardly a week goes by when there is no school (not talking about the official holidays, of which Cambodia has plenty).

I think we're on the same bus there. If you work out how many days they go to school, per month or per term,,, deduct the holidays and unofficial holidays, and divide up the dollars per day , it may not be much, but what do they learn. One of my 4 kids,,,, the 7 year old has learnt more by using her Samsung tablet.
Cambodia,,,, Don't fall in love with her.
Like the spoilt child she is, she will not be happy till she destroys herself from within and breaks your heart.

Home schooling might be better option huh.
But when they go to school parents get free time my friend with two tells me.
Whenever I stop by his free time is fixing something or other.

Yea, 4 as in four. And none of them came with an instruction book of how to raise them.

My advice for what it's worth. Be democratic but don't let them write the instruction book.
As my old Cajun bait seller used to say, "I opes you luck.
