The Diet Myth & Spoon Fed by Prof. Tim Spector , two interesting books and along with his part in project Zoe good place to get info on new science about what we should eat and when... some of what they say try to eat 30 different plants a week , includes nuts and seeds, fermented food, and get polyphenols from coffee, dark chocolate and red wine...try to eat natural not processed foods ie an apple instead of apple juice out a box.....

He also talks a lot about this in you tube.

I am still stuffed though from last nights roast chicken dinner....
