What a load of bollocks this is!

I got myself an ANZ Credit Card (read: Debit Card) and signed up for Online Backing so that I can move cash from the regular account to the Credit Card account while I'm abroad.

Login - just fine.
But no sign of the Credit Card account.
Call to the Customer Service who tells me that I have to use Internet Explorer, not Firefox. WTF?
Log out of FF.
Log in with IE, and the page just doesn't render properly. Totally unuseable.
Call Customer Service again. He asks what version of IE. I tell him it's the latest version. I wait 5 minutes, then he comes back and says "It doesn't work with the latest IE. Can you try FF again, but clear the cache".

Clear the cache on FF, and log in again. Still nothing.

Anyone using this service successfully?
