Respectfully I ask that arguments and comments about overstayers be kept out, not for my sake only, but for others who need help and need the information.

I'm just looking here for an agent in Kampot who can help me negotiate a deal to stop the overstay fines from piling up at this point until I can sort out my passport and visa situation.

I have no intention of not paying and will work out a plan to pay what I owe, I just need to stop the fines from building up.

Anyone who can be recommended who speaks English (I also speak Khmer, but not well regarding "educated speak") who has dealt with negotiations like this I would appreciate very much.
