Every health center offers the standard WHO vaccinations for newborns. For Khmer it's free, not sure about your case.

My children were born in Thailand (long time ago). In Siem Reap there are many clinics that you can go to for vaccinations. It will not be free but also not so expensive. If you are worried about quality you can go to the Royal International Hospital where it is expensive but not necessarily better.

The main thing for small children is to protect them from mosquitoes. Be careful about choosing your accommodation - avoid places where there may be mosquitoes. Most foods etc you need for small babies are available in Angkor Market (the local supermarket) and there are also some specialist baby stores with equipment for babies. Diapers are readily available although local children seldom use them. Local people love children and there are always lots of children nearby so you can expect to be popular with the locals. Local ladies will be eager to give you advice.

Government clinic 5000R - 10000R each time. They will let you look at the vials and see if brand, country of origin, expiration dates meet your standard. At least when I went but you need to be fluent in Khmer or be with someone who is....especially with medical terminology.

Khema between $70-$300 each time depending on what set of vaccines is due. Had 1 set done here when my boy was in for a check-up anyway.

Madeira $30-$90 each time depending on shots needed. Had another set done here and it's where we will continue to go for all our pediatric needs outside of our biannual Samitivej checkups in Bangkok.

National Pediartric Hospital off Russian Blvd. , near Royal University of Phmom Penh....5,000 riel for appointment/shots book and 10,000 riel for each shot.
10,000 riel to see a doc. fast-tracked for 40,000 riel.....Not a long wait for the shots.....Don't get ripped off by the private polyclinics that charge $100 (place where my kid was born charges this) abd up for a $2.50 needle... They do give an examination for that extra fee but up to you if you want it or need it.

You are better off going to a busy government clinic, they have fresher vaccines and their storage is carefully managed. With smaller private clinics you can't be sure of that.

My guess is that the small polyclinics get the vaccines from big places like National Pediatric Hospital (more than 100 doctors and 200 nurses). Vaccines need temperature control and transport requirements to the polyclinics and as you know , this is Cambodia so just imagine what can go wrong.

We also had a vaccination done at The Pasteur Institute....$8.00....Seemed like a good place.
Just a note about The National Pediatric Hospital....I told the girlfriend to go up and pay because I feared they would charge the Barang more....She said they wouldn't but they did....Exactly double....I complained and got the Cambodian price.
