I have seen the Durex vibrating cock rings for sale at City Mart in Soriya Mall, next to the dildo shaped bottles of lube, but as others have mentioned already, sex toys are classified as illegal in Cambodia. No dramas bringing them in your luggage because they never check, but will most likely be confiscated if sent via post or courier.
