1st time visit January

Ask us anything. Cambodia Expats Online has a huge community of long-term expats that can answer any question you may have about life in Cambodia. Have some questions you want to ask before you move to Cambodia? Ask them here. Our community can also answer any questions you have about how to find a job or what kind of work is available for expats in Cambodia, whether you're looking for info about Phnom Penh, Siem Reap, or anywhere else in the Kingdom. You're also welcome to ask about visa and work permit questions as well, as the immigration rules change often, especially since COVID-19. Don't be shy, ask CEO's community anything!

Wow, man.
Doesn't CEO qualify as 'basic research'?

Who would you like him to ask, given that he probably doesn't speak Khmer?

This is the kind of crap that kills visitors to a forum.

Uhh, he didn't ask anything specific he just asked for a whole guide basically to spending his first week in Cambodia,
I interpreted that as the kind of crap that kills an expat forum, sorry, my mistake. Since you're such a nice guy,
why don't you write up a guide for mister coming for one week and hopefully many more.

Oh, sorry, I thought the forum was to help people, perhaps facetiousness and sarcasm are contagious across forums.

I don't actually have much info for him, so I thought it better to keep quiet and let someone else answer than try and score points.

Silly me.

Ok.... Bars sell many brands of beer and many other drinks. Prices range from $0.50 up.
Masage you can get anywhere they advertise. Quality varies from place to place. You can ask any questions you have when inside.
Tours. You are not here really long enough to go on tours.
Do. Respect your host nation. Respect that you are the foreigner here. Enjoy yourself . Enjoy great food. Enjoy nice people.
Don't. Be a dickhead. Buy drugs. pick a fight with locals.

Have fun =@

Be sure to head up to Siem Reap and visit the temples. They are far more interesting and memorable than any bar in PP.

Is Murray still doing Harley tours? What kind of tour is the OP wanting? Local to PP, which a taxi, tuk tuk or moto could do, or further afield?
Despite what angsta states, it’s clear from reading through his posts that angsta supports the free FreePalestine movement.
