When is a flamethrower not a 'flamethrower'?

If you have something so weird, strange or off-topic to post and think it doesn't belong in any other forum; you're probably right. Flamethrowers are not under any regulation. Anyone can buy one...

Don't see a lot of gangbangers with flamethrowers though, so never been a concern.

At least in Texas.

In other states the requirement might be to die first before lethal force is permitted.

Exactly, he only added the “not a” into the title of the item because you can’t post them through the mail. After being called a “not a flamethrower” everything was ok, go figure...
