What make khmer440.com Cambodia forum so infamous?

If you have something so weird, strange or off-topic to post and think it doesn't belong in any other forum; you're probably right. Please put all your gormless, half-baked, inane, glaikit ideas in here. This might also be a place where we throw threads that appear elsewhere that don't belong ANYWHERE end up, instead of having to flush them. FORUM RULES STILL APPLY.

You guys have some secret, unrequited homoerotic, overtly aggressive thing going on for the Vlad-ster.

It's cute in a family-friendly kind of way.

Regarding 440 v. CEO, I think I have posted here twice as much as there, so I am hopeful that pays the bill for the nightlight in the WC.

Overall, I am glad both forums exist. But if they didn't, I would find something else to do.

Now, you were saying about Vlad?!?

General. .. nobody's outed any PM on 440. vlad posted for all to see, very publicly, that he'd never post again on 440. Scobie was referring to those statements, and to the kind of hypocrisy it takes to come back nevertheless.

Likewise nobody begged vlad to come back... On the contrary, a majority on 440 was hoping he'd found here the caring home he so much deserves, alas not to avail.

You're not divulging PMs either , but you're not above twisting the truth to elicit sympathy.. . Well played! the mark of a shrewd General.

Neither are you.

You called me corrupt for following a designated process to get a work permit via an internationally-recognised university here.

The work permits are a legal requirement, and no part of the process was ever corrupt, yet you sheepishly followed a couple of devious 440 posters and accused me of being corrupt.

Could you kindly explain to everyone how acquiring a work permit is in any way corrupt?

I haven't broken any rules on 440, as you and everyone else know.

Now try and get along and stop crying over what happened in the past. You have a habit of jumping over here, stirring, then running back to 440. Damn, you're doing exactly what it is you accuse me of.

I know you're no more corrupt than the average Joe making a living in Cambodia. I was just pushing your buttons knowing how prissy you are over the subject. Get over it already.

Anyway, I think 440 has improved vastly since I returned, a sentiment shared by the copious amount of posters including JC, rebo, UKJ and andy who welcomed me back with open arms.

It was an emotional experience, tbh, tears streaming down their faces, weeping inconsolably, as they hugged me and professed their undying loyalty and respect.

JC even admitted he had lost the debate with Rain Dog, respect for that, even if everyone knew it already.

Fwiw, I had a few people asking me stuff privately, so here:

1. Nobody begged me to return to 440, nor start on/carry on posting on CEO, I thought that was obvious.

2. I was banned for a month from 440. Whether you think it was just or not is not under discussion, but the month is over, so I'm back. I know certain people have their knickers in a twist about that, I don't care. I like certain aspects and posters of/from both sites, I get less crap on CEO, that may be history or style, as I have said already.

3. Can we carry on, now please and understand that online does not always equal real life personality?

The whole Vlad saga running over two forums is sooo endlessly fucking tedious.

Dude, you hit the nail on the head. Trust me, I wish it were over, too. Let's drop it now.
