What does my dream mean?

If you have something so weird, strange or off-topic to post and think it doesn't belong in any other forum; you're probably right. Please put all your gormless, half-baked, inane, glaikit ideas in here. This might also be a place where we throw threads that appear elsewhere that don't belong ANYWHERE end up, instead of having to flush them. FORUM RULES STILL APPLY.

You bastards! Look what you did! That poor bugger lives in sandland with nothing but camels for company, and no bacon, and now you've deprived him of all hope!

Seriously though, I Googled this too and discovered that it is said to be related to anxiety about sexual repression and a desire for intimacy. Wanna talk about it? Maybe you could talk to GenMac about it...

I remember from my college days (maybe from psych class?) about this being one of the classic dream interpretation stories.

I can remember having dreams where my teeth were so lose that I was afraid they'd fall out, but can't remember them actually falling out. Scary stuff.
Tell us then. what do barang think about dream?
I think they're supposed to be subconscious and most westerners consider them to have meaning, though not as anything supernatural - more insight into your deepest thoughts. I don't ever remember my dreams... except the ones where I wake up all sticky. ;) (kidding)

hahahaha that is another type of dream. Was feared for the first time.
Cambodians are so crazy about dream. To Cambodians, all dreams have meaning as little salary quoted They selected the number of lottery according to their dreams.
បើសិនធ្វើចេះ ចេះឲ្យគេកោត បើសិនធ្វើឆោត ឆោតឲ្យគេអាណិត។

If you know a lot, know enough to make them respect you, if you are stupid, be stupid enough so they can pity you.

So what could it mean ?
That I need to clean my teeth more often ? See a dentist? That my subconscious mind is actually being directed by a microchip installed the last time I went to a dentist and my dreams have been taken over by Colgate & Co ?
Thank you for your interpretations, since I don't have a shrink.

And LOL, last post I wrote was about the Cambodians' need for better mental health care.
This article gives quite a good explaination

Last night I was dreaming that I was eating a giant marshmallow. I woke up in the morning and couldn't find my pillow.

Not sure what Cambodian people believe about dreams -- but in Indonesia it is a REALLY bad dream indicating that you or someone close to you was facing imminent death.

Once had a dream like this when I lived in Indonesia and it caused all sorts of concerns among Indonesians in my circle.

Personally I thought it was indicative of some deep seeded fear or guilt --- maybe I had forgotten to brush my teeth before I went to bed, or was vaguely conscious that I had not had a dental check up in some time.

I recently dreamed that I shaved my own head, and Khmer friends told me that was a very bad sign, and to be very careful.
I have been troubled by a recurring daydream/negative thought for about 12 months of having my teeth knocked out/smashed. This one bothers me, as I seem to dwell on the negative feeling that goes with it. Logically, I think the daydream stems from a moto accident I had about 15 months ago where I luckily only came away with minor injuries. The shaving head dream, I don't really give any consideration at all to.

You could say I'm not losing any sleep over it.......

Actually shaving your head uncharacteristically is seen as a disassociation with your own sense of identity, often in response to extreme trauma, tragedy or mental instability. Dreaming of it probably just means you had one too many the night before.
