This incident occurred 50 years ago. What is troubling is that there doesn't seem to have been any progress at all. One step forward and two steps back.
I read an article recently about the Swiss and Swedish peace-keepers who live on the demarcation line between the two Koreas. It is so fked up. Nobody even reads their reports or gives a shit. They are there because that is the job that they were given, but they are more or less forgotten and ignored in a sort of no man's land. Progress ? No, I have not shifter political allegiance. Ben Carson was my guy, but he didn't make it, so the only choice left is Trump. BTW: In America we have the First Amendment that guarantees free speech. Speaking one's mind on a forum has no guarantees as it is a life choice and international.
