The guy's brother comes off as a certified nutjob in interviews, my take it runs in the family.

Doubt is was that hard to get those guns in the room, he could of just said he was in town for a convention(which Vegas is known for) and it was merchandise had he boxed it right.

I think he just lived out his sick fantasy, probably jerking his pud as he was firing, acquiring in his mind his martyrdom. The media circus will give this to him, inspiring the next nutjob.

I was just thinking the other day, if this was a teenager, for sure, video games would have been blamed.

It's sounds like in descriptions of him that he was pretty cold and distant, his dad being a psychopath could indicate he had psychopathic or at least sociopathic tendencies. Plus he was massively allergic to everything, apparently. That's why he gave up flying as he couldn't take his blood pressure medication. Did you see that he had a load of guns and explosives in his car? He was definitely determined to kill some people. And that boyfriend /partner f his wife's sister said he had a room full of guns at his house. Because he didn't really have friends you don't know how much of a gun nut he was. It sounds like he had obsessional characteristics, some sort of superiority complex, maybe related to the inherited madness. Being an accountant and obsessive with things could hint at some sort of spectrum disorder. Americans just like shooting each other, it's more than just a hobby.
