Skin whitening creams, are they safe to buy in the KoW?

If you have something so weird, strange or off-topic to post and think it doesn't belong in any other forum; you're probably right. Please put all your gormless, half-baked, inane, glaikit ideas in here. This might also be a place where we throw threads that appear elsewhere that don't belong ANYWHERE end up, instead of having to flush them. FORUM RULES STILL APPLY.

Skin whitening creams, are they safe to buy in the KoW?

Post by Jimmy Crow »

Let’s get right to it ,my bodyguard/driver recently asked me to purchase him a package of skin whitening creams for his birthday which all together come to only $600 which I have no problem paying for however I am a bit concerned as to the safety of using skin whitening creams..

From what I know
When you use creams with hydroquinone in it takes away the skin’s melanin, leaving people more prone to skin cancer,
Eventually, the hydroquinone leads to a condition called ochronosis – where a build-up of homogentisic acid in the skin causes the person to develop large blackish discolouration.

Sadly, because this is the exact opposite of what people buy the cream for, they continue to use it in the hope that it will lighten the dark patches and the last thing I want is my driver/bodyguard to have blemishes all over his face.

They are completely safe and totally effective. In fact, the skin whitening creams that are sold in Cambodia work so well that if a Nigerian teacher used them, you'd employ him as a private English tutor for your kids.

Please stop spamming your racist tinged mania. We're a bit more sophisticated here than the "good ole boys" you drink with back in Tejas señor.
As my old Cajun bait seller used to say, "I opes you luck.

While Jimmy Crow's posts are obviously spam/trolling, they do raise some interesting topics.
Question of course is why do it? Insecure? Small weener?

Just google skin whitening creams/lotions.... almost all either do nothing, or are seriously harmful.

If, as one mod maintains, he is indeed a black man, maybe he is testing the waters for racist sharks.
