Yeah I doubt they got any accurate figures from the DPRK. It wouldn't surprise me if they had great stats regarding their subjects for stuff like average height, weight and so forth because of conscription and the general authoritarian nature of the regime. However, I somehow doubt they go around with measuring tapes forcing guys to get erections.

What else do you think they do all day ? Kim Jong-un (blessed be his name) has issued a decree that all babies of the male sex who have a bigger one than him must be exterminated. I guess this also explains the low population growth.

Well this confirms my suspicions. This seems to add evidence to the theory I was adopted and bleached at birth.
