are for losers. It is ironic the website calling itself Cambodia expats online...where most are clueless of their surroundings.

where most traveling to cities during their vacation and think they know it all. You gotta live it to know it. Here is a challenge, write about Phnom Penh, which most reporters and posters usually like to do, basing their understanding of the inside-out from the riverside or the recommended place by Lonely Planet in the heart of Pub Street.
