Monkey Business In Borneo

Post by wackyjacky »

It took 35 policemen armed with AK47's to rescue a shaved orangutan that was being used as a sex slave in a Borneo brothel.

The title is an example of a sentence that I thought I would never have to write (and you probably never thought you would have to read). But nonetheless, it’s as true. The said Oraguntan is named Pony, and she was found by the Borneo Orangutan Survival Foundation in a prostitute village in Borneo chained to a wall, lying on a mattress, and completely shaved.

If a man approached her, she would place herself in some sort of sexual position. Pony was 6 or 7 years old when she was rescued, and prostitution had pretty much been her entire life. Initially, the madam of the brothel refused to surrender the animal because she was a big part of their income. Yes even with human options, most men came in, time after time, just to have sex with the orangutan.

They also thought Pony was lucky, as she would pick successful lottery numbers. Aside from the forced prostitution, Pony suffered other kinds of abuse as well. The constant shaving of her fur left her skin blemished and irritated. Mosquitoes were constantly biting her, and the bites would often become infected. Every time her rescue was attempted with the help of forest police and local officers, the rescuers would be overpowered by the villagers.

After a year a year, the rescuers decided to bring out the big guns (literally); 35 policemen equipped with AK-47s and other weaponry demanded Pony’s release, and finally succeeded. Because there is little law enforcement in Indonesia, everyone involved in this particularly terrible case of animal abuse didn’t face a sentence, or even a single charge.

Hopefully they received a lot of publicity though, LoL.

How bad does a guy's wife have to look to find Pony attractive ? I always figured stuff like AIDS & Ebola came from people cutting themselves chopping up jungle meat. Now I'm not so sure.
