At my previous bar there is a beautiful, extrovert ladyboy who is very popular and is consistently near the top of the ladydrink tables.

When I hired her I told her that if a customer of hers looked likely to ask her to go out with him, she had to tell him that she was a ladyboy before they left the bar.

Some customers have already realised, some haven't (mainly Asians). It can be a difficult moment for her (and the customer!). The guy may have been cuddling and kissing her, and then she tells him that she is a ladyboy, in the knowledge that he may instantly stop buying her drinks and even be angry.

In practice it didn't turn out to be a big issue, as most guys know that in Asian hostess bars there are often one or two ladyboys present, but I can obviously understand a customer being shocked and angry to discover in his room that he has a ladyboy rather than a female.
