I didn't read the article, but I would expect that this sort of thing happens on every border where desperate people are trying to cross.

Rather sick ideas about what is "saucy" IMO. Why do you take such pleasure from other people's misfortunes and horrors?

^^ I was thinking more along the lines of refugees, war-zones, etc., that type of thing.
