Idiot kicks kid: WTF ?

If you have something so weird, strange or off-topic to post and think it doesn't belong in any other forum; you're probably right. Please put all your gormless, half-baked, inane, glaikit ideas in here. This might also be a place where we throw threads that appear elsewhere that don't belong ANYWHERE end up, instead of having to flush them. FORUM RULES STILL APPLY.

Still seems off to be just in the right place at the right time and filming a random kid walking down the street while you are stuck in a traffic jam. not saying it isn't genuine, just it looks a bit contrived

because there have been a rash of random attacks in the west last year where 1 person takes a video on mobile of their friend walking up and punching a complete stranger in the face and posting it online. Cannot remember what is was called. news article here http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article ... ictim.html

:please:

You can clearly see that it's a dash cam, fixed to the car. The video is played on a computer using Windows Media Player, and someone is filming the monitor, probably with a cellphone. That's why it's moving. You can see them pointing at the monitor too.
Most dash-cams are set to film continuously. If you see something you'd like to keep for later, you push a button, and the camera won't overwrite it.
