These Cambodian cops DO get strange ideas from time to time. I remember (that's years ago) when traffic cops fined a) overweight girls, and b) girls with red hair

with $ 5 each. Went on for 2 or 3 weeks or so then somebody complained.

wrt ^^^, To the skeptics, yes that red hair fine was real. Maybe 10 - 12 years ago now.
