Lol, had another look at the chicken sandwich thread and it looks like scobinz killed it off by filling gavinmac's role of overmod king.

Even if he did spell sandwich wrong after giving that SCC guy grief about punctuation...Ali Baba wrote:Yeah, if I made it to page 8 of a thread and every post was "$19.50 for a sandwhich, core blimey!" then I would:Lucky Seven wrote:You can't be serious .... this is how discussions evolve. We start on a topic and in most instances move to more interesting debate. Forget the chicken sandwich who cares about that .... what about the chicken that had to die for this sandwich.
Seriously though so what if it went off topic , do you expect the topic alone to generate discussion ?

b) think that I was in the wrong place.

FC brought it up himself on here - and I think once you do that it's open season. Then it was rehashed again by his friend. No one is holding FC over the fire about it. Time to move on from this topic as other posters pointed out 20 pages ago.bendix wrote:Oh do be quiet you sanctimonious tart. You saw nothing of the kind.General Mackevili wrote:
They seem to have no problem outing their own posters they don't like. I think I JUST saw Scobie pointing out that a gentleman in a picture ad was a certain K440 member. Why would he feel the need to do that?
And on the other hand, CEO goes out of our way to protect our members' privacy, etc, even if we don't like them and disagree with them.
Member's privacy? How about openly discussing the financial hardships of your members? Were you authorised to do that? Does that not impinge on their privacy?

Do you expect your employees to be loyal and subservience? I just hate to see 10 of thousands of graduates from Phnom Penh are jobless every year.Born-Confused wrote:Oh good to see you've brought a touch of class back to this forumflying chicken wrote:If you wanna be logical with the proud and boring French, follow my lead. You are partially right, but your assumption is wrong. With the help, it allowed me to work in peace with my temp gig online.PhnomRon wrote:I can't believe you guys gave FC money. Morons.

Because over there, 1) they have less to no threads devoted to lambast CEO, 2) nobody jumped in Andy's rant bandwagon, 3) he was called out by vladimir, 4) this requires time and energy which I don't have in great supply, 5) in all honesty, I have a hard time wanting to defend a forum on which I'm also attacked, 6) and when I did defend CEO in the early days over there, you didn't see it as the incriminating thread was then deleted.OrangeDragon wrote:That's a pretty valid point really...FreeSocrates! wrote: Why is she on here always defending K440 anytime anyone says something, but not on K440 defending CEO???
Why not address Andy there as you've addressed us here?

1) no, they do it spread across numerous ones and locked the only one dedicated to it once it was turning against their favor. 4) but plenty for doing it with us. 5) attacked by who? members? would you prefer we censored them?Joon wrote:Because over there, 1) they have less to no threads devoted to lambast CEO, 2) nobody jumped in Andy's rant bandwagon, 3) he was called out by vladimir, 4) this requires time and energy which I don't have in great supply, 5) in all honesty, I have a hard time wanting to defend a forum on which I'm also attacked, 6) and when I did defend CEO in the early days over there, you didn't see it as the incriminating thread was then deleted.OrangeDragon wrote:That's a pretty valid point really...FreeSocrates! wrote: Why is she on here always defending K440 anytime anyone says something, but not on K440 defending CEO???

I never make shit up, that's exactly what happened. You be the judge...bendix wrote:Oh do be quiet you sanctimonious tart. You saw nothing of the kind.General Mackevili wrote:

You have quite the history here on CEO to continue to say untruths about K440.
You said nobody had been banned in weeks: proven false
You called me out on this: you be the judge

The winner of the competition in both years is the fine, upright gentleman in Alley Cat's poster above.
The first one to guess his K440 id(s) get a K440 teeshirt (whenever they get made).
Yeah, that was a hard call. The truth is, it's a life saver that this happened for him.bendix wrote:

I like how you try to turn an incident of fellow CEO members helping another member in need of serious financial help into a bad thing. Again, in true K440 fashion. Good on you.
