CEO and Khmer440 reach a GENTLEMEN'S AGREEMENT!

If you have something so weird, strange or off-topic to post and think it doesn't belong in any other forum; you're probably right. Please put all your gormless, half-baked, inane, glaikit ideas in here. This might also be a place where we throw threads that appear elsewhere that don't belong ANYWHERE end up, instead of having to flush them. FORUM RULES STILL APPLY.

Don't worry, I think all the places serve non-alcoholic drinks too. I randomly go on a hiatus from time to time...

^ I'm at about 17 days without a drop. Though I'm more of a twice a week binge drinker than a true drunk.

I've been out a 4 or 5 times with friends, and I always thought it would be difficult to go out with people and not drink but it's actually pretty easy. I'm just kind of sick of drinking, I mean I love it but the effects it causes the next days is just too much. Plus I go through phases once or twice a year where I'm literally allergic to alcohol.

The other night I was with a bunch of mates, and was like "Why did that guy just say that?"

Oh yeah, cuz he's drunk!

Yeah, I think he's presently in a bind and could genuinely use a little extra cash at the moment.

And for what it's worth, I've known him to be a hard worker, and not one to ever ask for handouts.

And from talking to him recently, he seems to be proactively trying to change his money situation at the moment, so power to him for that.

Glad to see a few people already helping out where they can!

I'm willing to put a few bucks in.

But if he's not actively seeking work and just getting drunk all the time, I'm not interested in helping him achieve that.

Pigeon is fine. LoL.

Actually, cash is easiest. I received a couple donations through PayPal already, as they are overseas and can't do cash.

But whichever is fine. I'm going to get these funds up to him tomorrow.

Perhaps this partially explains his recent wig out.

I had a PM a while back, frank, it goes a long way to explaining it.
