was a historical reference to an individual bug - another frank from new jersey of italian heritage.
well known story for the olds.

i heard from him on fb abt 2 years ago- never met him in my life.
he friended me solely to complain that he had not been out of his house in SR for 3 days because the satellites would read his mind if they could get line of sight on him.
strictly true.
needless to say i blocked him.

That guy! He did some restaurant reviews for or possibly with KIR , right? Unique haircut?
