American's List Of Observations About England

If you have something so weird, strange or off-topic to post and think it doesn't belong in any other forum; you're probably right. Please put all your gormless, half-baked, inane, glaikit ideas in here. This might also be a place where we throw threads that appear elsewhere that don't belong ANYWHERE end up, instead of having to flush them. FORUM RULES STILL APPLY.

I think you're the only guy on the forum who doesn't know where I'm from.

Yeah, you would like Oz. I'm guessing Perth or Adelaide would be your preferred nesting place.

I figured if your presidents/congressmen/senators got rewarded and respected for lying, maybe it was time I got in on the act, honesty never won any friends in the redneck/wannabe brigade

Vlad, just blame being a racist because ''that is what your father called them''. I wonder if he also learnt the derogatory terms for the Muslims from his papy

Actually, I think Sailorman is basically a decent guy, he shows a determination to cling to principles, and that can be used for the good.

We just need to get him willing to read about the other side of the coin, which is anathema to many Americans

^^ Not sure I would agree with you there Jamie.

I see a redneck as guy from the South (US), on his rural patch of land (forest), holding a rifle ready to blow your head off for trespassing.

The Aussie bogan, on the other hand, has hid head stuck under the bonnet (hood) of his EH Holden, saying, "Cn ya passus tht spannah there mate".
