I think that Samouth is right and this incident has been set up by someone - have to see what happens next and whether the pagoda is closed.

Phnom Penh City Hall said that it would monitor the administration in Samaki Raingsey pagoda to ensure security, safety and order for monks and people living there after a recent deadly dispute.

In a statement on Friday, the City Hall decided to create a commission for the administrative management in Samaki Raingsey pagoda in Mean Chey district, Phnom Penh after a group of people living inside the pagoda staged anti-government protests, causing insecurity problems in the pagoda
