Two men, Chines and Khmer have been arrested for drug trafficking

Phnom Penh: Mr Ly Lepmeng, a president of chamber presiding judge of Phnom Penh court has conducted a hearing over an illegal drug trafficking case, but it has not yet finished though it was processed in a whole morning. The hearing has been changed to the up coming date, July 1, 2016. The decision over this changing, Mr Ly Lepmeng claimed in the hearing that there must be some more relevant witnesses to illustrate more clearly.

The defendants are:
1. Hai Ly, 57, male, a Hai Ly Trading company owner
2. Lin Tonghor, called Tong, 43, male, a Chinese man whose career is unknown.

These two men have been accused of drug trafficking, 9881g at a Night Market block on July 4, 2016 by Chae Song, a representative of prosecutor in which it has been stated in article 40 of the Drug Control Law.

At the hearing this morning, the two defendants refused to commit the case, accused by a representative of prosecutor.
