18 Vietnamese were arrested by Interior Ministry officers on May 3, 2016 after crossing illegally to Cambodian land.
General Ouk Haisela, a president of immigration department told the Fresh News that, the 18 Vietnamese were arrested at Tang Ngav Kandal village, Nirout commune, Chba Ompov district, Phnom Penh. After the arresting, they were sent to immigration department for a legal action.
